Day 1
As I get out of the airport after a late night arrival, I get a warm slightly moist hug from the Balinese air - welcome to one week of surfing and yoga! My aim is to finally surf beautiful small green waves and stop being afraid of the waves/the ocean/myself ... I was so much looking forward to it, although right now I am more looking forward to a good sleep. The hotel in Legian for the first night is lovely. And our surf coach and organiser of the tidal Dreamings Surf and Yoga Retreat, Bel must have the magic touch in matching up roommates - D.
