During the retreat we encourage guests to enjoy a healthy vegetarian diet supplemented with local fresh fish. There are many exciting and deliscious ways to prepare vegetarian whole foods. Whether is is for health reasons or ethical and environmental motivations we enjoy allowing participants to experience that the variety of gluten free, low sugar and dairy options are both scrumptious and easy to prepare!
We also believe a healthy diet enhances your energy and enthusiasm and will provide the basis for a healthier eating program once you return back home.
