Tidal Dreamings Surf and Yoga Retreats
The energy that flows within us and around us moves in natural rhythms – just like the tidal ebb and flow of the ocean. Tidal dreamings is the representation of this energy and the ability in all of us to consciously connect with the energy or prana that governs all life.
We invite you on this journey to experience the power of a surf and yoga retreat for yourself. Whether it is the physical challenge of learning to surf, the centering of a daily yoga and meditation practice, the nourishment of a pure and healthy diet or simply the reassurance of friendly dinner conversation!
A surf and yoga retreat cannot help but to enhance your life.

Aloha from Northern NSW, Australia!
As Autumn sets in, its actually a refreshing relief from a hot dry summer. The swell is finally starting to pick up and the days are crisp and clean, a beautiful time to be surfing.
As always there is big shifts and transformations happening on the personal, collective and planetary level. So many beautiful connections to be shared as we all journey closer to being in harmony with nature and our true essence.
For me our Surf & Yoga Retreats provide people the opportunity to step out of their every day thinking patterns and ways of being and experience something truly magical.
The synergy of connecting with the ocean and nature through surfing, and our bodies and breath through the practice of yoga.
I feel so blessed to be able to live this lifestyle and continue to sustain my travels by inspiring and empowering women from all around the planet to live a more authentic life.
For now I would like to let you know what we are creating in the upcoming months and also some share tips about food, music, art and sustainability that other beautiful, authentic, connected and conscious beings are creating all around the globe.
This year finally our Bali retreat is Back!
Looking forward to taking our participants on a deeper cultural experience after living in this beautiful place for the last 2 years.

Something in the water:
My beautiful and talented surf sister Eva Davis-Boermans has created this epic little commentary on womens surfing on the South Coast. I am proud to say I took Eva for her first official surf lesson at age 9 when i first started the Broulee Surf School.
Soon after we founded the Broulee Womens Boardriders Club which has been such an integral part of the surf culture in our sleepy home town of Broulee. So proud to share this documentary here....
I met local Byron Bay Surfer Christie Rigby a few years ago at Byron market and was really struck by her beautiful original pictures of female longboarders dancing in the waves.
She is making some beautiful Ocean Inspired Artwork. Check out her blogspot or cruise over to her Instagram @ladiesofthelineup.

Nat and Dan started the Clean Coast Collective because they were blown away by the amount of plastics in our oceans and on our beaches.
They wanted to stop the flow of plastics and pollution into our oceans. And promoting a lifestyle that replaces disposable plastics with timeless reusable accessories is their way of doing this.
But while they are creating a consumer movement that stops plastic at the source, there's still over 5 trillion of pieces of plastic floating in our seas. That's why all profits from product sales go directly to funding clean up projects and awareness campaigns.
Projects like 2015 Trash Tribe expedition which removed over 3 tonnes of rubbish off Chilli Beach in remote Australia. Find out more here.
Thanks for staying in tune with our Surf & Yoga happenings. Please feel free to share any insights or feedback along your journey & I look forward to seeing you all in the water soon,
