Tidal Dreamings Surf and Yoga Retreats
The energy that flows within us and around us moves in natural rhythms – just like the tidal ebb and flow of the ocean. Tidal dreamings is the representation of this energy and the ability in all of us to consciously connect with the energy or prana that governs all life.
We invite you on this journey to experience the power of a surf and yoga retreat for yourself. Whether it is the physical challenge of learning to surf, the centering of a daily yoga and meditation practice, the nourishment of a pure and healthy diet or simply the reassurance of friendly dinner conversation!
A surf and yoga retreat cannot help but to enhance your life.

Summer is well and truly on its way in Australia, and after almost 3 years cruising the planet, I'm excited to continue to come home to Australia, to bring these beautiful surf and yoga experiences for women .
My travels to many beautiful places and meeting some amazing conscious people has allowed me to collaborate with inspiring people from all around the world specifically focusing on womens empowerment, which has brought some fresh enthusiasm and motivation for my retreats. I wish to create a space where women can gather and be their true authentic selves - while still challenging themselves in a supportive environement, to push through any boundaries and limiting beliefs to achieve our dreams.
With these upcoming retreats, I have more to share about my perspectives, focusing on, but not limited to, YOGA and surfing.
For now I would like to let you know what we have on offer for the upcoming months and also some juicey tips about food, music, art and sustainability that other beautiful, authentic, connected and conscious beings are creating all around the globe.

Raw food recipe:
Raw Vegan Strawberry Banana Cream Cake:
• 3 bananas
• 2 cups frozen strawberries (or other berries)
• 1-3 tablespoons coconut oil (optional but it will make it creamier)
• 2 cups cashews
• 2 cup dates
• 1 peeled orange
• 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
• Water, as needed
1. Put the bananas in your blender, followed by the frozen berries and blend until smooth.
2. Spread evenly into a spring form pan, this pan should be slightly smaller than the second one you will use.
3. The bottom part can be pink and you can just add the cream layer on top.
4. Freeze until solid.
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth, adding as LITTLE water possible, if you need any at all. The less water you use, the creamier it will be.
2. Using a larger-sized spring form pan, place the frozen pink layer inside and then spread the cashew cream layer around the sides and top. Or you can use the same pan and spread it on top.
3. Freeze until solid and then garnish, slice and serve with love!
Sustainable Surf is a non-profit charity organization founded by social entrepreneurs Michael Stewart and Kevin Whilden in Southern California. Their mission, is to be the catalyst that transforms surf culture into a powerful force for protecting the ocean playground.
Specifically, they focus on addressing environmental impacts such as climate change related impacts (ocean acidification, sea level rise and coastal erosion), marine plastic pollution, and water quality issues that threaten our shared "surfing habitat." They have some interesting articles on sustainable surfboard materials and much more.
Thanks for staying in tune with our Surf & Yoga happenings. Please feel free to share any insights or feedback along your journey & I look forward to seeing you all in the water soon,
